I’m a 28 year old artist living in Columbus, OH, working predominately with acrylic abstracts and photography. I tend to get inspired by a wide range of sources such as a randomly placed color palette (i.e. my chocolate and tan dog sitting on my maroon pants while wearing a blue, plaid shirt) or a flash of an image I saw in my head as I listen to music while I fall asleep. I like to keep my style and approach as random and wide as my inspiration. I find this to be a great exercise to find the next new thing that I'll flourish at. It seems as though the best way for me to stay interested, involved, and keep achieving that "feeling" is to always evolve, trying to stay one step ahead at all times. As much as I enjoy the completion of a piece, I think I enjoy wondering what I’ll make next even more.
